Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all original tags attached. We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you need a different size or item, you may exchange your product for another of equal value, subject to availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Holy Boy Apparel does not provide prepaid shipping labels for exchanges or returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at holyboy.sales@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the exchange. Our support team will guide you through the process.
Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any products marked as final sale at checkout, limited edition drops, or promotional items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately at holyboy.sales@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for resolution.
EU Customers
Customers in the European Union are entitled to a 30-day return window under EU consumer protection laws. All items must be returned in original condition, with proof of purchase, and include all original tags and packaging. Shipping costs for EU returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Holy Boy Apparel reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Exchanges Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
