Shipping policy

We ship all orders from St. Louis, Missouri, USA. All orders are processed within 2 business days before shipping. Please note that processing time is separate from the delivery time selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard Shipping (Free Shipping):
Orders shipped with our standard option typically arrive within 3–5 business days after processing. This option is available for all U.S. orders and automatically applies at checkout when eligible.

Express Shipping:
If you choose express shipping at checkout, your order will typically arrive within 2–3 business days after processing.

Next-Day Shipping:
Next-day delivery is available on select items and may vary depending on your location and order time. Orders placed after 12 PM CST will ship the following business day.

International Shipping:
We currently ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

Processing Time:
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be verified, packed, and prepared for shipment. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During high-volume periods such as new drops or sales, processing times may extend slightly.

Delays:
Holy Boy Apparel is not responsible for carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Once an order has been shipped, ownership and risk transfer to the buyer.

Address Changes:
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.

Tracking Information:
Tracking numbers are sent automatically by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim. After contacting the carrier, you may email us at holyboy.sales@gmail.com for assistance. While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to help you locate your order.
