Exchange Policy

At Holy Boy Apparel, we want you to love your purchase! While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to offer size-exchanges under the following conditions:


Eligibility for Exchanges

Items must be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.


How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@holyboyapparel.store with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.

  2. Receive Approval: Our team will review your request and provide instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely package and return the item to the provided address.

  4. Processing: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@holyboyapparel.store within 15 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll resolve it at no additional cost.
